6 – 7 am: Reception at the Uyuni Bus Station or the Airport. After breakfast we will visit Colchani a small town dedicated to the exploitation of salt, here there is an artisan market, an ideal place to buy handicrafts made of salt. Then we will visit the largest extension of salt in the world with more than 12,000 square km; we will arrive at Incahuasi Island or Isla Pescado (in the rainy season from January to March the itinerary will change) crossing through the middle of the salt flat for about an hour; once there, we will take a short walk to see the immensity of this great salt flat and admire the giant cacti that dominate the place. We will have a nice lunch in the middle of the salt flat and also will have time to walk around and play with our cameras doing optical tricks. Later we will see the Ojos del Salar; this is where underground rivers form openings in the salt flat layer. Finally we will enjoy an amazing sunset and return to the salt hotel to overnight
